FAQ — Installation & Updates
You will usually receive your license key by email within minutes. What you do next depends on the product category.
Category: VS Code extension
Usual (Marketplace): install/update via VS Code Marketplace, then activate using your license key.
Manual (direct download): download the .vsix from GitHub Releases (e.g. timejunky/r4it_published) and install via “Extensions: Install from VSIX…”, then activate.
Category: Grav plugin/theme
Usual: install/update via GPM (if offered), then configure according to the product docs.
Manual: download the ZIP, extract into user/plugins/<plugin> (or user/themes/<theme>), then clear Grav cache.
Category: Other downloads (ZIP/standalone)
Usual: follow the instructions in the purchase email.
Manual: download from GitHub Releases (e.g. timejunky/r4it_published), unpack, then follow the included README.
Where do I manage my licenses? Use My Account (lookup via your license key) or activate directly at /license/activate.

How to Purchase
- Browse our products on Payhip Store
- Add to cart and complete checkout
- Receive license key via email (usually within minutes)
License Activation
After purchasing, you'll receive an email with:
- Your license key (JWT token)
- Activation instructions
- Link to activation page: /license/activate
You can also use My Account to view your licenses (lookup by license key).
Activation steps:
- Go to /license/activate
- Paste your license key from the email
- Enter your domain (e.g.,
example.com) - Click "Activate License"
Troubleshooting Activation
"Invalid license key"
- Check for spaces at the beginning/end of the key
- Make sure you're using the complete token from the email
- Verify the key is from your Payhip purchase
"Domain invalid"
- Enter only the hostname (e.g.,
example.com) - Don't include
https://or paths - Don't include
www.prefix
"Activation limit reached"
- Each license allows a limited number of active domains
- Deactivate unused domains first
- Contact support if you need more slots (please note the availability information under Contact & Availability)

Our systems are optimised for autonomous operation. Support requests are handled exclusively asynchronously by email.
No guaranteed SLAs or fixed response times are offered. Requests are processed asynchronously by queue and priority, without a real-time service commitment.
