Executer manifestguard check --extended sur letat actuel.

2) Prioriser findings

Ne pas tout corriger dun coup :

• d abord les ruptures dures
• ensuite les warnings recurrents
• enfin style/confort

3) Definir quality gate

Fixer le seuil de build failure.

4) Integrer au process equipe

• checks PR obligatoires
• regressions visibles
• resultats versionnes

Offline / wheel install	Optional via pip --no-index or wheel	Useful for air-gapped or approved bundle distribution paths.
