Cause: shared file not committed or merge conflict.

Fix:

1. check shared file
2. resolve conflicts
3. reload

Spot Jumps to Wrong Location

Cause: file changed heavily.

Fix:

• re-anchor spot
• require spot update in PR for major refactors

Sidebar Empty

Cause: wrong workspace root or active filter.

Fix:

• verify multi-root selection
• reset filters
• reload window

Too Many Irrelevant Spots

Fix:

• define clear intake rules
• archive obsolete categories
• enforce monthly cleanup
