  1. Grant of License You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the plugin on the number of websites according to your license pack (Single‑Site, 5‑Pack, Agency or Enterprise). The Klaro library remains BSD‑3 licensed; its license is included.

  2. Updates & Support Pro licenses include 12 months of updates and best‑effort email support. Renewals are optional.

  1. Restrictions No resale or sub‑licensing except as part of Enterprise/OEM agreements. Do not remove copyright notices.

  3. Privacy & Third‑Party Services Integrations of third‑party services (GA4, GTM, YouTube, etc.) are your responsibility. Always verify your legal basis and cookie disclosures.

  4. Governing Law / Jurisdiction Laws of Luxembourg apply. Different arrangements may be agreed for Enterprise/SLA.
