Install the Free CCC Agents Plugin

Not a VS Code .vsix. Install only as a Cursor Agents plugin (Agents → Customize).

Steps

1. Open the public GitHub repository (or the Cursor Agents Marketplace listing when published).
2. In Cursor: Agents → Customize → install ai-keep-clean-ccc.
3. Reload the window if prompted.
4. Confirm the plugin appears under Customize and the Project HUD command is available.

Do not use

• VS Code → Extensions
• code --install-extension …
• manual .vsix sideloading

CCC Free has no license input — only a Pro hint linking to ready-4-it.com/ccc.

Post-install quick check

• Agents plugin list shows ai-keep-clean-ccc
• hud:start opens the Project HUD
• selecting an Agents chat updates the pill label/accent

Requirements

CCC is a Cursor Agents plugin (Agents → Customize) — not a VS Code extension, not a Marketplace .vsix, and not installed via VS Code’s Extensions view. The Project HUD host is Windows-first.
