  1. Grant of License You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the plugin on the number of websites according to your license package (Single‑Site, 5‑Pack, Agency, or Enterprise). The Klaro library remains BSD‑3 licensed; its license is included.

  2. Updates & Support Pro licenses include 12 months of updates and best‑effort email support. Renewals are optional.

  1. Restrictions No reselling or sublicensing except under Enterprise/OEM agreements. Do not remove copyright notices.

  2. Disclaimer The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. No liability for data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages.

  3. Privacy & Third Parties Integrating third‑party services (GA4, GTM, YouTube, etc.) is your responsibility. Always verify your legal basis and cookie disclosures.

  4. Governing Law / Venue Governing law is Luxembourg. Different terms may be agreed for Enterprise/SLA.
