Fix common CCC issues: install path, pill sync, Pro locked, HUD host.

Which install path?

• Cursor Free: Agents → Customize / GitHub (ai-keep-clean-ccc)
• VS Code Free: Marketplace VSIX ready-4-it.akc-ccc-vs
• Trial / Pro package: Zebra akc_ccc (not Marketplace checkout)

Pill Does Not Sync With Selected Chat

Fix:

1. Reload window.
2. Confirm plugin / VSIX agent plugin is active.
3. Restart Project HUD (hud:start).
4. Reselect the Agents chat.

Pro Features Stay Locked

1. Activation key must use product_id: ccc (AKC token will not work).
2. Install the Zebra akc_ccc build — Free stays Free-tier.
3. Reload and reopen HUD Settings.

HUD Does Not Open

Project HUD is Windows-only today (WinForms + PowerShell 5.1). The extension still runs on macOS/Linux.

Extension (Cursor + VS Code): Windows / macOS / Linux, VS Code engine 1.90+. Project HUD: Windows-only today (Windows PowerShell 5.1 + WinForms). macOS/Linux HUD is not shipped yet. Trial/Pro unlock: Zebra module akc_ccc + HUD activation.
